Autson- One of the biggest reliable companies currently offering ONE MONTH FREE TRIAL 20 Gig Hosting I don't remember any downtime with them for last year, they are rock solid..If you are total newbie free trial could be the great start into real business...

Datahosters - I am burning hundreds of gigs with them monthly, 50 cents / Gig or less, SPECIAL DEAL FOR NEWBIES: 300 GB/month just for $99 (only 3 signups needed to pay for hosting, you should make at least 15x more when burning 300 GB), free trading script for new clients. Super deal for big guys on dedicated servers too, check it (10 Mbps for $400/monthly). Great guys, maybe you know Toker from AWI

Cobaltweb - The cheapest guys on the market I know about, plans starting from 30 cents / Gig on Monsterplans. Very cheap and very reliable. If you don't need tons of features this cheap hosting is for you. Very cheap small accounts for newbies. Example:30 GB for $12, Prepay plans - from 50 cents/Gig - burn prepaid bandwidth in any time you want, it carries over. For big guys running scripts, PHP etc plans from 64 cents/Gigs. Disadvantages: They are often full, so you have to wait some time and signup to their mailing list if you want to get an account.
